Mexico
She has a diploma in Fine Arts at the Faculty of Arts of the Universidad Veracruzana and later graduated in Design from the School of Design at the National Institute of Fine Arts.
Her interest in a multidisciplinary approach and artistic and gastronomic expressions led her to create Pistache Magazine in 2014, a digital publication focused on Gastronomy and Literature with collaborations from various artists and clients such as Luigi Amara for House of Gaga Gallery, Comilona, and Martell, among others.
She has worked as a Design Specialist for UNESCO Mexico, where she coordinated various publications and art exhibitions related to World Heritage and the Evolution of Foods.
Her work is centered around art direction through experimentation with food and materials in different mediums, leading her to establish Aspic Studio alongside Nidia Juárez.
Her most recent project is the experimental pastry venture Queremos Pastel, where edible mini gardens are created through commercial collaborations and primarily with artists.
The main goal of her work is to create multisensory narratives with and through food, human interaction around the table, and the universal language that emerges around the act of eating.
