Ángela Leyva's work stems from an exploration of a clinical archive of patients with genetic disorders, as her father is a geneticist. Understanding the clinical context of her work opened up different possibilities when contemplating a banquet. After all, experimentation is a phase in the scientific method. How can one eat an olive? Upon entering the exhibition, guests were provided with a laboratory kit containing an edible print of Ángela's work, which served as a plate. They also received a pipette to dispense dressings from test tubes and petri dishes with proteins.
