What does the taste of the Newtro Showa era culture resemble? We designed a banquet for 70 people, analyzing and curating ingredients to recreate iconic dishes from this Japanese culture. Momiji, a café and skincare shop predominantly featuring Asian products, commissioned us for this challenge.
