Deconstructed breakfast in the Stridentist style of Maples Arce, surrounded by the works of Beatriz Sánchez Zurita, produced by Chef Willy García. The elements of the edible installation were the same as those included in the breakfast. The table was large and square, where the various participants were seated. The conversation unfolded over 4 courses with food sourced from local farms.
